Terms and Conditions


  • Orders once confirmed, cannot be cancelled/amended.
  • Products purchased during the sale period are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products purchased before the sale cannot be exchanged during the sale period. 
  • Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in stores and vice versa. 
  • Please note that Witchcraft products are entirely handmade. Although the manufacturing process is standard, the make differs from artisan to artisan. There will be a tiny margin of difference between the same products for lampshades, handbags and mats. And a 2-5 mm dimension difference in footwear of the same style and size.
  • No refunds are entertained if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address. 
  • No refunds are entertained if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is refused by the recipient. 
  • No refunds are entertained for international shipments if the recipient refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and does not collect the order from the Shipping agency. 
  • Please ensure that the delivery received is in good condition and has not been tampered with, before you sign off acceptance. 
  • In case of a damaged package, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc) until our team reviews it. 
  • Additionally, please ensure to write “Received Damaged “on the delivery receipt when accepting and signing off with the courier partner.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

  • Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
  • Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
  • Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
  • Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
  • Disable user accounts.
  • Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.

Return and Refund Policy

 

We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for both domestic and international orders. Shipping timelines are calculated based on the delivery address. Typically, delivery takes 4-7 business days within India and up to a month for international orders. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days for standard deliveries.


Domestic Shipping:

  • Free Shipping: Available for all domestic orders above INR 3000.
  • Shipping Charges: For orders below INR 3000, shipping and handling rates vary based on product size, volume, packaging, and destination. Final charges are displayed at checkout after providing the shipping address.
  • Dispatch Location: All orders are processed from our store in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
  • Delivery Address: Orders are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
  • Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to certain items (specify the item if needed).


International Shipping:

  • Shipping Fee: A flat fee is charged based on the weight of the product(s) and the destination.
  • Duties & Taxes: Not included in your order and are payable over and above the charges at checkout. Customers must pay these charges directly to the shipping agency upon delivery.
  • Dispatch Location: All orders are processed from our store in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
  • Delivery Address: Orders are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
  • Customs Duties: Most countries charge duties on imported items, which vary based on the destination and the products imported.
  • Non-Payment of Duties: If a customer refuses to pay these charges, resulting in non-delivery, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.


Tracking and Delivery:

  • Tracking Information: Post-shipping, tracking details, and shipping agency information will be shared via email.
  • Order Tracking: Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
  • Failed Deliveries: If the package is returned to us after 2 delivery attempts, no refunds will be entertained.
  • Accurate Address: Ensure the complete shipping address, including zip code and mobile number, is provided for hassle-free delivery.
  • Incorrect Details: If delivery fails due to incorrect details, no refunds will be entertained.
